The Parks Guest House

The Parks is a four star Guest House with a silver award for excellent service and is situated in a quiet area of Minehead on the lower slopes of North Hill. The Parks is a fine-looking grade II listed Georgian property with seven beautifully appointed ensuite rooms and suites. Choose from doubles (including superking-size options), twins or family accommodation, all ensuite and all providing guests with a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Our renowned Exmoor Breakfast (served between 8 and 9.30am) offers a range of fresh options to suit individual taste and is guaranteed to set you up for the day! During the evening our country-style breakfast room transforms to an intimate bistro for your dining pleasure, offering homemade delights such as Broccoli & Stilton Soup, Coquille-St-Jacques, Braised Steak or Fish Pie served with local Potatoes & fresh Vegetables. (Evening meals must be pre-ordered with 24 hours notice.)

Guests may park in our private car park at the rear of the property and may also care to enjoy the well-tended gardens. Please note that smoking is not allowed inside the guesthouse, however, there is a comfortable area of the garden where guests can smoke if they wish. You may also choose to utilise our complimentary Wifi, or perhaps make use of the computer with internet access in the Guests Lounge. The lounge also offers board games and toys for young children & there are plenty of books to choose from, many of which you may take home if you make a contribution to The Dorset & Somerset Air Ambulance!

You can walk right onto Exmoor from The Parks and the coast is also close by! The town of Minehead is just a few minutes walk away offering shops, restaurants and amenities to fulfil all your needs.
