The Piggeries

The Piggeries is a three star cottage in the heart of Wells with its own separate self-contained access via a mediaeval stone doorway and its own parking in the garden (invaluable in the centre of Wells!). The walls are traditionally whitewashed, there are old floor-boards and rugs, and the bathroom is simple albeit spotlessly clean you will not be disappointed.

Inside you will find white-washed walls of rubble stone, old beams, and pantiled roof you will also be close to the ancient springs. The main living area is spacious comprising at one end a well-equipped kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, washing machine and fridge, the other end is a comfortable lounge area with chairs, table, TV, radio and sofa-bed. The bedroom is a large room with a double bed. The bathroom has a cast iron bath, hand-held shower, wash-basin and WC. Broadband Internet access or Wifi can be provided at no extra charge. Outside there is a small south-facing patio area of the large adjoining garden, with chairs, table and sun umbrella.
