Likes:
The food was fantastic and the service was really friendly. The pub was welcoming and in a lovely setting.
Dislikes:
Unfortunately the rooms although comfortable were let down by the cleanliness. Bedding and some of the decoration could do with updating.

Fabienne and Adam Jeffrey are pleased to welcome you to The Killingworth Castle Inn, a coaching inn on the ancient Worcester to London road (B4027), on the edge of the picturesque village of Wootton.
This inn built for the coaching trade in 1637 offers all that Olde England meant. Although it has been modernised the atmosphere is retained. Farmers and locals, tourists and businessmen all meet to enjoy (CAMRA recommended) ales and good homecooked food.
The old stable area has been converted to provide four spacious rooms, arranged as 3 doubles and 1 twin, all with ensuite amenities, bath, shower, colour TV and tea and coffee making facilities.
The Killingworth Castle Inn benefits from a lovely garden and a large car park, we hold live music evenings every Friday and Saturday.
Conveniently located we are just two miles from Woodstock and Blenheim Palace. We are also only 10 miles from Oxford and the Cotswolds, ideal for walking and cycling. We are open all year round and breakfast is included in the room prices.
Please note the hotel is now closed on Sunday nights and unfortunately on Mondays we close the kitchen, no evening meals will be available.
