Linden House is an AA 5 star former Victorian Villa and was built around the late 1890’s. With its large garden fronting Avenue Road it makes us a little gem of a find in Torquay. Today it has been refurbished in a timeless classic style of soft colours and fabrics, adding taste and elegance of a bygone age.

Conveniently located, just 400 metres from the promenade and a 15 minute walk into town with its shops, marina and café bars. We have free parking available. The Conference and leisure centre is a short 5 minute walk away, as are Torre Abbey gardens. Further afield is Paignton zoo (4 miles), Exeter (30 minutes drive), Exeter Airport (30 minutes drive). The Mainline station in Torquay is a mere 2 minute journey by Taxi.
