Quiet, private, cozy room. Bathroom is excellent; of good size and layout with an excellent shower, endless hot water 24/7.
1 min. from bus, 3 from tube (Sudbury Town Stn.), 10min from laundrette.
Dislikes:
Vent windows to the room did not seal/close so there was a draft and the heat wasn't always on. Just used an extra blanket.

When we were greeted we didn't exactly feel welcome, it just felt as if the manager was questioning whether we had actually booked this room.
The place doesn't exactly seem organised, it did not seem like they knew we were coming. We also had to wait for our room to be ready for half an hour.
But overall the room was very cosy, although the window would not open, but this was minor. I feel the location is very good, it was only a 30 minute walk to the wembley arena which was ideal. Read less

Dislikes:
No tea/coffee making facilities, tatty furniture. no bedside light, tv remote didn't work properly, dirty room.
