Garden House offers 4 star guest accommodation, bordering the rich pine woods and overlooking the famous Valley Gardens, which is the source of many of the wells, which provided the waters for the Spa Baths, as used by the Victorians. The house is in an ideal position to provide a peaceful location, yet still very close to town.
Ten minutes walk, through the Gardens, or down the street, will take you to the town centre, with all its shops and restaurants, or to the Conference and Exhibition Centre.
Our house was built in 1900 and is part of a Conservation Area. We have comfortably furnished our seven bedrooms, in keeping with the style of the property and most are fully en-suite. All rooms are have television.Wi-Fi, tea and coffee trays, radio alarm clocks and folders of Tourist Information, to help you plan your stay.
We have extensive knowledge of the local area, to help you furthur, should you require this.
You will be welcomed with tea or coffee and home made scones, which will be served in the lounge, to help you relax after your journey.
Breakfast is freshly prepared to order, using local produce, from a choice of menu and is all served to you at your table.
Car parking is available on the street outside and is unlimited, with no restrictions. There is parking on both sides of the street, but only houses on one side, so usually plenty of available spaces.
We are also close to the Royal Horticulture Gardens at Harlow Carr, Turkish Baths, Pump Room Museum, Yorkshire Event Centre, Harewood House, Ripley Castle, Fountains Abbey, Knaresborough and furthur on, to the Dales and lovely coutryside.
Unfortunately we do not have any family rooms.
