That is why we have been awarded the coveted ‘Cask Marque’ accreditation in recognition of the way we care for our Lakeland brewed beers. After a day’s walking, sightseeing or just shopping relax in the warm, welcoming bar offering a selection of cask conditioned ales, super chilled lagers or a warming malt whisky. Lively entertainment most weekends in the summer.
All our bedrooms are tastefully decorated in the traditional style but with the addition of all the modern facilities associated with a wonderful stay. After a comfortable nights sleep enjoy our full lakeland breakfast served by our attentive staff. To start, help yourself to fresh orange juice and cereal. To follow, bacon, sausages, hash browns, egg, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms and black pudding with as much toast as you can eat.
