Completely non smoking. Although sited close to all of Torquay's main facilities, the area is quiet & peaceful.
Living onsite means we are on hand to offer guidance and suggestions to help make your holiday experience all you wished for.

A car parking space is provided for each apartment and designated disabled bays for Apartments 1 & 2. There is a clothes drying area.
Keep in touch with family and friends via email or check out the local attractions online. The computer set up in the reception hall for guests is free to use. We also have free Wi-fi access.
We can provide facilities to store luggage for guests travelling by coach or rail if arriving earlier than 2pm.
All apartments are self contained & have well equipped kitchens including combi-microwave & hob, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge with frozen food compartment. Digital television & DVD Players are in all lounges and bedrooms. All bed linen, towels, iron & ironing board & hair dryer provided. Each apartment has an independent hot water supply.
Apartment 1 and Apartment 2 are fully accessible for wheelchair users NAS M1 & M2. (National Accessibility Scheme Mobility 1 & Mobility 2) Apartment 1 has NAS V1 - Visual and we have NAS H1 - Hearing.
Torquay is built on seven hills and therefore the area away from the seafront is quite hilly. Persons pushing manual wheelchairs may find the terrain difficult.
Service dogs are allowed in Apartment 1. Guests must inform the proprietors at the time of booking.
Environmental Statement
We will endeavour to ensure, as far as possible, that our activities have minimal impact upon the environment. We encourage our guests to be environmentally aware through initiatives such as recycling, energy efficiency, and the purchase of environmentally friendly products. We support, use and promote local produce, food, drink & crafts.Water & Energy conservation. We use energy efficient light bulbs, lower temperatures & switch off lights in unoccupied rooms. Timer switches are used for lights in communal areas. Loft spaces are insulated and we have double glazed windows. Fridges, washing machines & dishwashers are all eco-friendly and are A & B rated. We are reducing water usage by installing dual flush cisterns and water saving devices in the older cisterns; we use a water butt for watering flowers. We have installed a cover over the swimming pool. We promote & support local environmental projects. Glass, tins, aluminium, paper & plastics are recycled.We use Eco-friendly products
