"Return Visit"
A return trip just a week after my last stay. Was given Snowhill this time which wasn't up to the standard of Wyresdale the previous week. It had limited internet connection and no plug near the table for my computer.
Went back to reception, room changed to Wyresdale without fuss by the efficient staff. Read less

Comments in my previous entry apply. This place really has excellent staff.
Dislikes:
No real ale! Like a quiet pint without having to drive, sadly the beer wasn't available, very disappointing.
Clicking noise all night from radiator.
One wobbly chair replaced with another since time
Response from The Priory:
Thank you for your comments. We hope to see you again soon.

Likes:
The room was small but comfortable, with all the facilities I needed. The restaurant was well-appointed with a good choice of food. Overall good value for the money I paid.
Dislikes:
I wasn't told until I checked out that the hotel had a lock-up facility for storing bikes overnight.

(The hotel suffers with the rest of Scorton from 24 hour traffic noise from the nearby M6)
