I am a regular visitor to the New Inn. Regular because it is such a lovely place to stay. The location is a delight if you want quiet rural England, Kidmore End is a delightful village, tucked away yes close to both Henley and Reading. The accommodation is lovely, the staff are always friendly and the breakfast plentiful and tasty. Read less

When you step through the doorway of this country pub, the outside world seems to evaporate, sweet aromas fill the air and the mind turns to thoughts of food.

The restaurant couples the warmth and charm of a local hostelry with a well-crafted a la carte menu of honest hearty food as well as light lunch dishes and irresistible desserts, Every dish is created from fresh produce and cooked to order. The high standard of cuisine extends to the service and overall experience. This delightful village inn successfully combines traditional charm with stylish sophistication. The popular bar offers real ales and a selection of bar snacks whilst more formal meals can be taken in the adjacent restaurant.

Bedrooms are modern and peaceful and some have their own patios and balconies. You’ll be pleasantly surprised when you are shown to your room, it’s not something you would expect to find off the beaten path. State of the art designs, with attention to every detail including wireless Internet access and LCD plasma television screens. Please Note: We are closed between the hours of 3pm and 6pm Monday thru Friday, and not open on a Sunday evening. CHECK IN ON A SUNDAY IS Before 3pm As the New Inn is Closed Sunday Evenings.
