"Comfortable stay in a friendly environment."
We had a very nice room in an annexe with a very comfortable bed, pristine bed linen and with enough space. Despite being in a busy part of the town and at the back of the pub, it was quiet at night. Julie went out of her way to make us comfortable and even secured the parking space for us when we went out. Very good value for money. Read less
Likes:
The bed. The friendly and relaxed management. A good breakfast.
Dislikes:
I never found out how the shower worked, if it did, so it was difficult to wash my hair but I managed it. Also the kettle did not seem to work either. Relatively minor points though.
Response from Dukes Head:
Thank you very much for your feed back, and we are pleased you had a pleasant stay. We will look into the shower and kettle. regards Adrian - The Dukes Head
