Delightful and comfortable. Lovely situation and friendly staff. I would have appreciated a hand with my luggage up two narrow staircases on arrival. I am advanced years and was shown to my room by a friendly lady who watched me struggle without any offer of help. Great dinner and help from Chef-Dai re-gluten free meal. Read less
Likes:
friendly staff, peace of the place, quality of the place, felt welcome even though travelling alone. Slept well and undisturbed .
Dislikes:
Breakfast delayed me by an hour due to staff key muddle which spoilt my day. I was not 'fast tracked' and had to wait from 8.0 until 9.0am for just bacon/eggs which was annoying.
