"A good stay"
I was a little disappointed when we arrived at the hotel as we weren't in the room I had chosen with a member of staff there a few weeks before but was given an alternative room which was just as nice, little smaller but that didn't matter too much. The staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for us, the food was very good, rooms clean and would recommend it to anyone Read less

"Wine tasting course and stop over"
Attended a wine tasting course hosted by Chris and stopped over in the Farmhouse. Course was great, and we learnt about wine from someone who is passionate about what they do. We had the Farmhouse to ourselves, which allowed us to use the kitchen, lounge and dining area, in addition to our en-suite room. Views were amazing, food great and we'll certainly be stopping again soon. Read less

Each of the 5 beautifully appointed rooms include modern facilities; en-suite bathrooms with showers, luxury toiletries, hair dryer, flat screen TV, tea/coffee making facility with Bodnant short bread biscuits, Egyptian cotton sheets, free Wi-Fi, bottled mineral water and in room controlled heating.

A full Welsh locally-sourced breakfast is served in the tearoom (from 8am-10am) which is definitely the best way to start your day. All the bread is made in the on-site bakery that morning, the butter is from the on-site dairy, the meat is from the Bodnant butchery, the eggs from a local farm!
Dining is available from the Hayloft restaurant and bar (which has a log fire), which is a wonderfully restored hay barn. All meals are made to order and use locally sourced ingredients as well as butter, ice cream and cheese from the dairy, bread from the bakery. Please see our website for opening times.
At the Bodnant Welsh food centre there is also a wine cellar offering a huge selection of fine wines to purchase, cookery school that offers a wide range of cookery experiences to suit all levels, farm shop with a bakery, deli, butchery and a shop full of local Welsh produce.
