Crebinick House is your home your home during your holiday on the magical Isles of Scilly. Paradise isn't lost, it is only 28 miles from Land's End: the Isles of Scilly - a world apart, but easily accessible by Skybus plane or Scillonian III, the islands' passenger boat. A place where time, if not standing still, certainly moves more slowly, and friendliness and courtesy is second nature.

An island idyll where you can go with the daily tripper boats to the sleepy off-islands, ramble round the coastal paths, enjoy the diversity of the flora, laze on the white sandy beaches, sail, swim, snorkel, windsurf, play golf or horse ride - do as little or as much as you want before coming back to the comfort of Crebinick House, perfectly located for all the islands' amenities.

Built in 1760 of sturdy local granite and a grade II listed building, Crebinick House retains a timeless charm, and having been a guest house since before World War II, it exudes a universal welcome and hominess all of its own.

We took over Crebinick House in 1984 and have renovated and redecorated to provide its present level of comfort and facilities: all bedrooms have en suite shower and WC, hot drink facilities, hair drier, radio and TV. We have a separate sitting room for our guests where you can sit and relax; borrow one of our many books or chat with new companions. Over the years we have been delighted to welcome back many guests who have returned to us again and again. Their recommendation together with the national awards from the Automobile Association and Enjoy England should assure you, the new visitor, that you will find warmth, comfort and quality in everything within our walls.
Environmental Statement
We try to obtain our supplies from local sources if at all possible. Our eggs are from St Agnes, our meat, mushrooms, tomatoes (in mid and late season) and yoghurt come from West Cornwall. The water on Scilly comes from local wells. It is a delicious natural resource but its supply is both expensive and finite and guests are asked to be careful in their use of water whilst visiting the islands. In view of this we will change your towels twice a week thus reducing the water demand made by daily laundry services. Thank you for appreciating and respecting the limitations of our island environment.Wherever practicable we have changed to long-life light bulbs.Sadly, our recycling facility on the islands is limited. Please leave glass and old newspapers beside your bin. The disposal of rubbish is a major problem on the islands. Please help us by reusing plastic bags or refusing them when they are not necessary.
