The welcome both on arrival and in the breakfast room the following morning. Good quality and variety of food for breakfast. An interesting range of books to read.
Dislikes:
Rooms were just a little on the cold side - on a cool, showery day in mid-April. (Better than being too warm!)

Tremadart House is a delightful Visit Britain 4 star rated Bed & Breakfast located in the peaceful hamlet of Duloe in South-East Cornwall. Tremadart House is a Victorian Country House set in one and a half acres of lovely gardens with mature trees and extensive lawns. There are patios overlooking the lawns with plenty of seating to relax after a day out. There is a croquet lawn for the enthusiast and an outdoor table tennis table for the guests to use under the car port.The hamlet of Duloe is only 4 miles from the historic fishing port of Looe and close to Polperro. You are within about 30-40 minutes drive of The Eden Project, Padstow and the rugged Cornish North coast. For the golfing enthusiast there are 25 courses nearby to choose from. Other activities nearby include The Camel Trail for cycling and walking. Tremadart House is also well located for visiting Newquay & St Ives, the National Trust at Lanhydrock, and Cothele and the Lost Gardens of Heligan. Tremadart House offers a peaceful setting with ensuite accommodation in individually designed rooms with beautiful countryside views . Tremadart House offers a gourmet cooked breakfast with plenty of variety of local sourced produce. There is always a warm welcome from your hosts, David & Philippa Read.
