Roselyn is a 1950's detached house situated a ten minute walk from the harbour .We offer quality en suite non smoking accomodation in a quiet residential location. All rooms are well equipped having tea and coffee making facilities together with a fridge, freeview TVs , hairdryers and wireless internet access. We only let three rooms and so retain a homely atmosphere. We have ample parking in the back garden and room for bicycles etc., in the garage.

Welcome to Roselyn, our friendly, family run bed and breakfast. Our three en suite rooms offer high quality, well equipped accomodation, decorated in neutral tones. We feel we offer rooms with something special. We have off road parking at the back of the house and secure storage for cycles /surfboards etc.
Breakfast is served in our light and airy dining room. We offer a comprehensive and varied menu to suit every taste. Where possible our ingredients are sourced locally.
The house is centrally heated with thermastat controlled radiators in every room. The refreshment tray offers a range of fair trade beverages and the silent fridges are stocked with fresh milk, mineral water, biscuits and cafetiere coffee. All room have access to an iron and board , have a first aid kit,sewing kit, shoe shining kit, hairdryer and free view television. Guests have their own keys and access to their rooms at all times so you can come and go as you please .
In an “area of outstanding beauty” Padstow has something for everyone, coastal and country walks as well as sandy beaches. Walk or ride the Camel trail (bikes can be hired).
Take a fishing, sea or pleasure boat trip. In the evening walk down the harbour and stroll around deciding at which of the many pubs and restaurants to eat. The amazing EDEN PROJECT is only 18 miles away.
We endeavour to be as enviromentally friendly as possible .We recycle all goods which we are able to.
We support the local ecconomy when sourcing our breakfasts so reducing food miles.
All light bulbs are low energy and we ask guests to request clean towels
