"Great night's sleep in a lovely B&B"
My colleague and I stayed one night at The Arches, and both of us slept very well in the comfortable beds. My room was en suite, while my colleague's bathroom was across the hall from his room. This was fine, though, as everyone else has an en suite bathroom and so wouldn't be out in the hall at night. Nikki was very friendly and was available to meet us even though we arrived at about 9:30pm. Her dog, Merlin, was incredibly sweet and friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Read less

"Friendly, fun and relaxed stay with lovely rooms"
From the second we walked into the B&B we were given a warm welcome from the landlady and the dog and it lasted throughout the stay. The rooms were excellent, husband and I had the room with the 4 poster bed which was so comfortable. There was plenty of tea and coffee available in the rooms. The breakfasts were outstanding, lots of the cooked items were sourced locally and the eggs were duck eggs - beautiful. Read less

Welcome to Arches, originally part of an old Victorian boys school built in the early 1900's, which has been renovated into a friendly & homeley Bed & Breakfast.

Arches has been recently refurbished and offers large spacious ensuite accommodation featuring a luxurious king-size four poster bed with rural views overlooking the via duct and woodland area. The Green Room has a grand, luxurious four poster bed and the Red Room has great views overlooking the Brunel via duct bridge and the woodland area. Most rooms are large and spacious with ensuite. Guests also have the use of our conservatory and patio.

The property is just a 10 minute walk from the town centre with public houses, a cinema and a bowling alley. It is also only 7 minutes to the Waterwheel Restaurant.

The Eden Project & The Lost Gardens of Heligan are both just a few miles from our property. Charlestown, with its picturesque harbour home to the tall galleon ships which is often used in film sets, is also only a couple of miles away. We also recommend a visit to Mevagissey or Fowey. These are approx 7/8 miles and are quaint fishing villages.

Arches is located on the main new cycle route to Eden and can supply storage space for bikes. We have a minimum 2 nights stay all year round but also have fantastic special offers throughout the year.
