Likes:
The location is excellent, right on the sea front and close to the centre of town, with plenty of parking nearby. They changed the towels and cleaned the bathroom every day.
Dislikes:
When we first got in the room there was an unpleasant smell from the carpet, leaving the windows open made this bearable.

"A mixed bag"
We were booked in for two nights' B&B and, on the recommendation of friends, we booked two evening meals. We were taken aback by the lack of notices to indicate the entrance, and the lack of anybody on Reception. We saw a notice for a disco on Thurs/Fri/Sat nights starting at 11.30 pm! There was no car park. Traffic noise (not the hotel's fault) from 5.30 am and virtually incessant until about 2.00 am the following morning. Read less

Breakfasts and dinners absolutely superb, and terrific value for money. Dining room spacious, and tastefully decorated. Staff were very friendly. The bed was comfortable.
Dislikes:
Disco - horrendous noise both from it and from those attending, until the wee small hours. Room was poor - only one chair. The shower and basin took for ever to empty. Traffic noise late at night.
