A warm and friendly B&B providing the quality and service that we enjoy. Breakfast excellent - wished we had booked both nights for our evening meal as the wholesome, fresh and well presented meal on our second night left us feeling more than satisifed.
The icing on the cake was - as I am a coeliac all my dietery requirements had been considered, and safe food was presented for breakfast and evening meal.
We went as a party of four each and everyone of us rate this stay as EXCELLENT. Read less

The room was comfortable with a nice bed, choice of pillows. Bathroom was rather small but the shower was good. An ideal room for parents with two children. Read less

With beautiful accommodation, ample free parking & a warm welcome making your stay, relaxing, comfortable & a true home from home break. (customer reviews). On arrival we welcome our guests by showing them around the premises & if desired we serve complimentary tea or coffee with biscuits. Help with luggage to your room, which has: Air Conditioning, 26” HD-TV, Free Sat, luxury Egyptian cotton bath robes, towels & flannels, Guest slippers, superb en-suite with high power showers, drinks fridge, FREE WiFi & laptop for guest use. So much more to make your stay a little bit special & one to remember for all the right reasons.
We have a small Licensed bar “for guests only” with a great choice of Wines, Spirits, Beers, Lagers & Soft Drinks. You can enjoy a drink in the dining area along with other guests or taken to your room.
Evening meals or snacks are also available but these need to be ordered in advance so we can prepare them fresh for you.
The Garsdale Bed & Breakfast at GARSDALE HOUSE, Garsdale Head is ideally situated at the tip of Wensleydale in the heart of some of the most beautiful walking country in England. A recently converted barn with lots of charm & character yet offering all the modern day facilities.
We have enjoyed running our Bed & Breakfast now for 2 years & have been lucky enough to meet some of the most wonderful people from all over the World whether they have been passing through from The Coast to the Lake District, staying for a short time to visit The Yorkshire Dales or for a longer Holiday to the Area.
