A great location for those staying with dogs with a golf course that allows dog walking around its perimeter just a few hundred yards up the road. Ideal for the early morning and evening walks.

"Very friendly owners, lovely clean room and the most delicious breakfast!"
We stopped off in Buxton overnight to break a long journey. They are dog friendly which is great as it is such a fantastic walking area. Unfortunately we didn't have time to do any walks this time but booked one of the Victorian Tram tours (this is in a converted milk float) which was great! It was a 20-25 minute walk into the town. We went for a meal in a pub recommended by Paul and it was lovely - great atmosphere & food was all first class. Great recommendation thank you! Read less

Room had everything you needed and was lovely and clean. The shower was fantastic! They are dog friendly in the rooms but not the breakfast room but it wasn't too hot so our dog sat in car so no prob.
Dislikes:
The walk to the town was down a long hill beside a very busy road. The area at the top where the b&b is located is very nice but some of the buildings/houses down the hill were sadly rather run down.

Very friendly hosts, to both myself and my husband and our 3 year old. Going out of their way to get to know us and making our daughter feel comfortable for her first B&B stay.
Dislikes:
Nothing! Everything was perfect.
