Farmborough House

Farmborough House is a working small holding, complete with chickens,horses, geese, pigs and dogs. Your dogs and horses are welcome here by prior arrangement. It is peaceful and tranquil with outstanding views over the surrounding countryside, the view towards Dartmoor and the high Tors is breath taking. We are very proud of the wide variety wildlife who reguarly visit our gardens, we can boast a wide range of birds using our feeding stations and nesting boxes. Visitors can take advantage of the excellent walking, cycling and riding close by including the coastal path, Dartmoor and the Haldon forest

We have one beautiful en-suite room with views over our garden and orchard and further accommodation for children is available.

We offer a traditional, full English Breakfast featuring our own free range eggs and bacon and sausage from our rare breed outdoor bred pigs. We also offer a choice of breakfast using the seasonal produce from our gardens, as well as food sourced locally. Special dietary requirements catered for.

Our superb B&B room is equipped with a King Size bed, plenty of storage, a TV and tea and coffee making facilities. The well equipped en-suite bathroom has a bath, shower, bidet and toilet and complimentary toiletries. To make your stay extra special we only use the finest bed linen and towels.

In addition to this we have a second room suitable for 2 children next door to the main room, so if you are looking for family accommodation this would be ideal. A cot is also available upon request.
