Glebe Lodge is a lovely country house bed and breakfast in a beautiful rural setting outside the village of Farringdon near Exeter. The house has a heated indoor pool (usually open from May to Sept), tennis court and grounds of 9 acres in beautiful Devon countryside. It is in a quiet position, but not isolated and less than 1 mile from the main A3052. It is exceptionally convenient for Exeter Airport, Westpoint Exhibition Centre and the city of Exeter. Key distances are: Exeter city centre - 6 miles, M5 Junction 30 - 3 miles, the A30 - 3 miles, Exeter Airport - 2 miles, WestPoint Exhibition Centre - 1 mile, Sidmouth and the coast 8 - 10 miles.
Glebe Lodge offers comfortable, quality accommodation, a stunning dining room with first class breakfast and a lovely country setting. Double and twin bedrooms have comfortable beds with duvets, white linen, plenty of hanging space, TV, tea and coffee making and the house has free wifi. The owners' objective is to offer a high standard in all respects, for both holiday and business, as well as being friendly, relaxed and flexible.
We make every effort to save water & fuel, reduce waste and recycle rubbish. We buy locally produced or organic produce and support local industry. We support the objectives of our local community to keep the village tidy and to protect our area from unnecessary industrialisation.
