From the moment we stepped into the haven that is Cumberland House, we were instantly welcomed by Sandie who is delightful (and her lovely black labrador, Sammie). Cumberland House is gorgeous, beautifully decorated and situated very conveniently within the town of Sherborne - handy for everywhere. Our room was extremely comfortable and spoiling. With an abundance of medieval buildings and Historic locations Sherborne has much to offer visitors. It has become an important town for Art and Antique dealers and has a delightful shopping centre with a large choice of handcrafted goods and elegant fashions.
