Clean, tidy, friendly staff and owners! Lovely room, best bed I've ever slept on and a great shower room. Perfect location in the heart of Swanage, but set in its own court yard, so very quiet!
Dislikes:
Will be recommending the Town Hall Lodge to all my friends and looking forward to staying there again.

Rooms bright, very well furnished,linen and towels very nice. Guest rooms have own front door, you have a key so felt a bit like a small studio rather than a B&B. Great location and breakfast

The room was clean and bright, there was a huge choice at breakfast including fresh fruit.
Dislikes:
We parked in a road with unlimited parking and left it there for three days. If we had gone out for day trips we would have had extra hassle every day finding somewhere new to park.

Town Hall Lodge B&B is a stunning character bed and breakfast accommodation right in the centre of the adorable seaside town of Swanage in Dorset. Situated in a charming lane alongside the town hall, the B&B is a housed in a magnificent period building which has undergone an extensive yet sensitive refurbishment to provide friendly, comfortable and contemporary accommodation. All of the rooms are homely and well-supplied, with television, dvd player and drink-making facilities, and the bathrooms are modern and well-equipped.
Your hosts, Clive and Judie, work hard to make your stay as pleasant as possible, and their cooked to order breakfasts are sourced using local butchers and suppliers. Town Hall Lodge has its own Tea Room and from Easter until September serves truly home-made cakes, savouries and Cream Teas .
Being so central, Town Hall Lodge is a very short walk from all of the town’s attractions. So whether you love walking or cycling, sailing or diving, fishing or climbing or simply sitting on the beach or hillside and taking in the view, you really will wish you were here...
