"stunning views, nice room but staff could be friendlier"
We were very impressed by the location and the views. The room was comfortable and nicely presented though some of the furniture was mis matching. The underfloor heating was lovely but I was disappointed by finding out that there wasn't a proper shower in the bathroom as indicated on the website and there was a bath with a shower hose instead. We ate out in the evenings at Scott Arms which was very good with amazing views of Corfe Castle.
Breakfast was decent as we had a full English. Read less

Location was great and the room was clean and nicely presented. Under floor heating was great and very peaceful. breakfast was quite nice with a vegetarian option.
Dislikes:
Staff service was a little poor- a note with a mobile no. which I tried about 4 times before I got the keys. Service at breakfast was efficient but no t so friendly. Furniture a little mismatched.

Hate to nit pick but just 2 things spoilt what could have been a perfect score . 1 The television was far too small and the remote was faulty even with new batteries . squinting to see such a small sceen across the room at our age makes us feel even older ! 2 No shower and 6 sheets only on the only toilet roll !
Apart from these points a very nice place to stay . Read less
