Nothing was too much trouble and they were so friendly. The breakfast was delicious and cooked fresh to order. They didn't even mind when we asked for more!!!

This was just a short break away to recharge our batteries. Unfortunately one of us had an awful throat infection that cut out break short. We stayed only 1 night instead of 2, which was very disappointing for us both. The house was in a perfection location within walking distance to the town centre with some interesting little shops. We went to the De La Warr Pavilion on the sea front which is worth a visit having just been refurbished. Read less

Location, accommodation, warm and friendly and very homely. Our room was bright, very clean and cosy.
Dislikes:
The weather, unfortunately it rained all day saturday and we came home in the evening :o(

Eve's B&B has five charming ensuite rooms, each with their own individual character. It is in walking distance of Bexhill seafront, the De La Warr Pavilion, the popular Manor Barn and Gardens, Bexhill town centre and the railway station.
Our Bed and Breakfast has been beautifully restored to reflect glowing warmth and character of the Victorian era. Our rooms are spacious and comfortable and each include a TV, tea, coffee and biscuits, we even provide a fridge and a microwave if you need it.
If you like a good english breakfast you will find it here, along with different variations if you require it. We also provide a good selection of cereals, jams, fresh fruit and yogurt for those who prefer a lighter breakfast. Vegetarians and special diets are also catered for with ease.
We offer competitive rates as well as discounts for short breaks and holidays.
