Lovely facilities equipped with everything needed (only 3 mugs though when booked for 4)
Dislikes:
Lovely inside apartment but not central. Once collected keys after a 20 min walk had another 0.6 miles to go to apartment. Wasn't advised of this upon booking but upon confirmation. Very noisy at 5am

It was comfortable spacious and more than adequate for 6 people
Dislikes:
We didn't get a breakfast box which was included in the price.There was some washing up liquid but no provided dishwasher tablets. Previous apartments I've stayed in provided a couple of tablets.

As we have no feedback we cannot comment - we have many excellent reviews and very happy customers - if guests are unhappy with any level of service they can contact our staff who are on call 24hrs a day - I guess it's impossible to improve anything if we dont know what the problem is

We actively encourage to our guests to use the recycling facilities where possible - these are located directly opposite our building. We also require all lights and heating to be turned off when not in use to conserve energy. Energy saving lighting and appliances are used where possible.
