Likes: The building is beautiful and historic, with a good job of creating a comfortable en-suite bathroom. The room was clean and the host welcoming. The town of Painswick is charming.
Dislikes: The hotel faces the beautiful churchyard, and unfortunately the clock chimes the quarter-hour all night long. It bothered only the lighter sleeper.
