The room was clean and smart, the hosts were friendly and the location very convenient.
Dislikes:
I wish I'd known more about the cooked breakfast. No-one mentioned it either on check in or when we sat down so I didn't feel completely comfortable asking for it.

This is the second time we have stayed at the dairy, which we use as a stopping off point before we join a cruise at Southampton, and we will use it every time in future. On just a second visit it felt as if we were staying with friends. Everything was spot on and the hosts couldn't be more welcoming. Room was beautiful and everywhere is scrupulously clean, and breakfast is the highlight of the stay. Read less

No, it is ideal for our requirements and we're thinking of returning in the Autumn for a short break.

We do offer a range of cooked breakfasts including the full english. As these are prepared fresh we ask guests to request this the night beforehand and this is explained in the acknowledgement and the Bedroom Browser. Most business travellers are pleased with the buffet breakfast but we regularly do cooked breakfasts at weekends when people are having 'a leisurely breakfast'

We were delighted with our room (we had the suite) very spacious, modern and well equipped. If only the weather had been better we would certainly have made use of the outdoor hot tub!
Breakfast was a feast and you certainly didn't go away hungry, with lots of fabulous local food. We also tried the Chinese Restaurant (Water Margin), which was a good choice, loads to eat and good value.
Owners were really friendly and our only disappointment was that we couldn't have stayed longer. Read less
