The bathroom was so filthy that we decided not to stay any longer. The manageress gave us our money back and we left. Read less

Likes:
The staff were wonderful and were very helpful. Cooked us a great evening meal and fab breakfast. The children adored the 7 month old resident rottweiller who welcomed us with great affection!
Dislikes:
The double room looked like it hadn't been cleaned since last guests. The walls, window sills and shelves were filthy and there were no spoons or sugars with the complimentary coffee.

Plenty of car parking & near to the carpark we were using nfor the cruise.
Dislikes:
There was a lot of noise from the pub below, due to the fact that we were above the front door. To be expected, but i am a light sleeper. After the pub had closed it was very quiet.

The rooms are really nicely decorated and have everything you could want in them, the photos really do not do them justice! We all had a really nice stay and it was great value for money. Read less

The roe buck is not a hotel, it is a pub who are tring very hard to promote a good b@b, the locals are very friendly and good company. We would not hesitate to stay again.
