The beds were very good and the duvets a dream.
The B&B is very conveniently located for the University and Hospital, as well as the countryside. You can also walk into town.

stop very near if required.

Response from 31 Queens Road:
Have asked our plumber to see what can be done about this. As a safety feature, our electic showers are default set to become colder rather than hotter should the water pressure change (i.e someone flushes a toilet or turns on a shower elsewhere in the house). There are two heating settings (high and low) on the showers and temperature control for both settings.

Queens Road is situated close to the City Centre and the beautiful countryside and is convenient for the many attractions in the area. It takes just 10 - 15 mins to walk into the centre and there is also a frequent bus service for those without a car. We can provide on and off road parking for guests with cars. Southampton Airport is only 20 minutes away. 31 Queens Road provides quality accommodation in a small intimate setting. It is our goal to always provide you with a warm welcome and to make your stay an enjoyable experience. We offer a variety of accommodation in a family home setting in the Winchester area that we hope you will agree represents the very best in Hampshire hospitality and aim to provide a ’HOME FROM HOME’ for the discerning visitor to Winchester. Please Note: Non-smoking. Pets permitted on the premises only by prior arrangement. No Takeaway Food allowed on the premises. On street parking, plus large public car park 30 metres from the hotel.
