Binnilidh Mhor is the best place I have ever stayed in, be it B&B, guest house or hotel. Sheila and Allan are the perfect hosts, very friendly, chatty and caring for your every wish. They had time for a wee blether, and knowing that my daughter wanted to practice her English, Sheila took time to speak with her especially too. Absolutely coming back - have already missed being at the B&B since we left. :-) Read less

Absolutely the best place in Britain. The best rooms, delicious food and the perfect hosts. Sheila and Allan go out of their way to make your stay beautiful and amazing. Not only do they serve breakfast, but they also serve a 2 or 3 course meal, if you'd like. Delicious and tasty meals, perfectly cooked. Sheila is perfect in letting the guests getting to know each other, not only by introducing them to each other, but also by letting people sit to gather when eating! Special and very nice! Read less

The highlight of the stay (apart from the meals) was the lovely photographs Sheila & Allan showed us of the Black Grouse which visited them regularly over two years. I was green with envy!!

Elevated and beautifully situated in Glenmoriston in the Highlands of Scotland and about 15 minutes drive from the shores of Loch Ness, Binnilidh Mhor Bed and Breakfast enjoys spectacular open views across the Moriston Glen. Binnilidh Mhor sits in the peaceful and quiet rural village of Dalchreichart just off the A887 on the road to Skye and its location is a good stopping point if your next destination takes you to Skye or to your ferry for the Hebridean Islands.

Consider staying a while at Binnilidh Mhor to explore and enjoy the Glenmoriston area. For walkers and cyclists there are many local paths and cycle routes to suit everyone from short gentle wooded or loch- side walks to the more challenging old Drove Roads. If you enjoy hill walking,

Binnilidh Mhor offers a central base to many of the most spectacular mountain ranges in the Highlands. Kintail, Knoydart and the Cullins to the West. The Nevis Range to the South.

The Monadhliaths to the East and the Affric hills to the North.
Loch Ness is just a 15 minute drive away and a 20 minute drive will take you to the Loch Ness villages of Fort Augustus and Drumnadrochit which are part of the Great Glen Way. Less than an hour of driving from Binnilidh Mhor will take you to Inverness, Fort William or the Skye Bridge.

Binnilidh Mhor has available two large spacious Super King Bedrooms on the ground floor and can accommodate from 1 to 2 guests. A third extra large luxury Bedroom Suite situated on the first floor can accommodate from 1 to 4 guests.

Binnilidh Mhor has an open plan lounge for guests to use and a dining area. The interior decor gives a very welcoming Scottish feel with a wood burning stove and tartan furnishings.

Packed Lunches and Evening Meals are available at Binnilidh Mhor. Resident guests are permitted to bring their own alcohol and wine to enjoy with their evening meal as Binnilidh Mhor does not sell or provide alcohol.
