Likes:
Great value with the 3-4-2 offer. Only 2 mins from centre. Parking permit available. Good breakfast. Comfy bed. Owners were great and helpful. Lovely period property.
Dislikes:
Multiple cobwebs in bathroom. Lack of power sockets. TV really meeds to be affixed to the wall - perhaps using the TV wall bracket that was boxed up underneath the bed!? Could do with redecorating.
Response from Cedar Villa Guest House:
Hi Simon Thank you very much for your kind comments and positive criticism. May I just say how disappointing it is when guests who have apparently enjoyed their stay go away and put criticisms on these sites, without having told us about them while they were here - we could have dealt with the cobwebs right away! I have sacked my wife! The tv is not on the wall because when families come they would not all be able to see it. The redecoration is imminent.

Thanks again.

The staff were very nice.
Dislikes:
No hairdryer in the room and parking is on the street. Also, you cannot pay your remaining balance by card, this is shocking!
Response from Cedar Villa Guest House:
We are sorry the room is not en-suite but it is impossible for us to make it so. It is a shame that you felt unable to say you were unhappy as we may have been able to move your room. We do have hair dryers and any guest is welcome to use them. We accept payment with credit cards through our online booking system but like most Guest Houses find Credit Card payments in situ means would lead to an increase in our prices to cover the cost. Thank you for saying that you found us nice x
