our room was very clean, the sheets and towels were all lovely and fresh,
Dislikes:
On the website it states parking available the only thing is this turned out to be on the pavement outside a disused doctors over the road. The ensuite was very small.

the lounge /breakfast room was cosy,and the breakfast was nice
Dislikes:
the en-suite was very small but ok ,but in need of a really good clean,the shower was hopeless,the double bed was pushed up to the wall so it mean't my husband had to climb me to get out needs refurb

Many thanks for your review. Our rooms are currently undergoing a refurbishment programme, however, the room that you stayed in has not yet been done which reflected in the lower cost than what it would normally be.
Unfortunately, most of the refurbishment work can only be carried out in the winter and that room will be starting very shortly.

Park House has been privately run by the same owner for the last 6 years and receives a high proportion of repeat business due to our friendly service, high standards and great breakfast.
Blackpool Town Centre, North Pier and many bars, clubs and restaurants are only 5 minutes walk away. There are many other local attractions close by including the newly refurbished Blackpool Tower and all its attractions, Blackpool Pleasure Beach resort including the NEW Nickleodeon themed attractions for children, Fleetwood Outlet Village and Blackpool's famous 3 pier's offering adult and family entertainment. Blackpool illuminations usually run from the first Friday in September until the first Sunday in November.
