Myself and my partner stayed for two nights. Bad points: Bathroom sink hanging off wall, no bathroom shelf for toiletries, soap dish covered in mould as was the shower. Shower door wouldn't close. Guest towels old and musty. There is no room to store your bags or shoes. The bedroom mirror is at an angle that makes it difficult to use it. No bedside table/shelf for a drink, clock, mobile phone. Dirty and dusty ornaments. Conservatory for guests - carpet urine stained from dogs. Read less

Clothes horse and ironing board covered in clothes, dogs roaming the room, doggy odour and dog's hair. Parking is limited and you would need to rise early to move your car which has blocked other cars

Please feel free to glance an eye over the rest off our reviews regarding cleaniness. The photograph of this bedroom show the bed with single wardrobes either side of the bed showing exactly what this cosy room has to offer.
We do have 2 friendly dogs that are well house trained and do not enter the hotel only the conservatory which guests can feel free to use as much as we do.
The carpark is an added extra to our hotel which many BB's do not offer and there are no roadside restrictions.

Located in Scarbrough Avenue, the Sunnyside is just a few paces from Skegness Pier and the northern promenade. The property has been carefully renovated, retaining the traditional architecture. We offer room and breakfast accommodation, welcoming all, including families.
The accommodation comprises 8,fully en-suite bedrooms. All bedrooms are fitted with fridges and hair dryers. Double, twin and family bedrooms rooms are available.
We have one ground floor suite, comprising a lounge and bedroom with en-suite shower room - (early reservation is essential).
On road car parking is non restricted, plus we have a car park at the rear of the premisses, although carpark is not ideal anyone wishing to park and leave the driving till they depart will find the facility a useful one that not all hotels offer.
Residents have own keys without restriction.
