"Needs to be clearer in advertising"
The check in was a late one which was fine however they would not allow me to leave my bags with them so I had to carry them with me to a business meeting. The room was nice but care needs to be taken… Read more

The check in was a late one which was fine however they would not allow me to leave my bags with them so I had to carry them with me to a business meeting. The room was nice but care needs to be taken when advertising a private bathroom which was located down the hallway away from my room. When I checke in at 5pm there was no-one at the desk to greet me. Read less

You need to provide accurate information on your websites about bathroom locations and whether or not you will hold luggage until the guest can check-in, especially if they are on business.

Everything! We were given our own key and could come and go. The house itself is stunning. Rooms of an exceptional standard! The owner was so warm & welcoming & made us feel@home. Breakfast was lovely

My room was super - I could not fault it for comfort and cleanliness and I had a good night's sleep, which is unusual for me when I am away from home alone. Excellent bed and breakfast in the centre of Redcar. Clean, friendly and extremely comfortable. Although we only visited for one night we had an extremely relaxing time in what is a lovely b&b.

We stayed for three nights whilst visiting family. The accommodation had a warm, cosy feel about it. Our rooms were immaculate and well maintained. We received fresh coffee on arrival although there were tea and coffee making facilities in our rooms. Breakfast was cooked to order and was lovely. We had a choice of cereal or fresh fruit before the cooked element. A nice touch on Christmas day was the offer of Bucks Fizz. Read less
