The Farmers Arms has four wonderful en-suite rooms which have recently been decorated to a very high standard. Included in the price is a full English breakfast with cereals and toast. We have a fabulous restaurant with a fantastic eclectic menu which will tantalise every pallet. We have Cask Marque ales and a fine selection of wines from all over the world. Ideally situated for catterick racecourse however staff not welcoming felt they didn't want us there and staff not friendly at all .T he shower didn't work just got a drizzle of water so didn't bother… Read more

Had to pre order breakfast when we checked in bearing in mind there are only 5 bedrooms .The next morning the chef didn't turn up so the grumpy landlord cooked breakfast and got the order wrong.

Dislikes:
There had been a fire recently. There was no one when we first arrived. Then we were told there would be no breakfast. Road was noisy - no double glazing.
The loo made noises all night.
