Bay Tree Guest House is situated in the vibrant area of Bishopthorpe Road and is an ideal based to explore the City of York and the surrounding Yorkshire countryside. Families are welcome at all times and a high chair and travel cot are available.

All our bedrooms are en-suite and offer stylish accommodation with original Victorian features, such as fireplaces, cornices and sash windows. All rooms have a TV, hairdryer, hospitality tray, radio/alarm clock, free secure Wi-Fi access and a comprehensive guest information folder to help you make the most of your stay in York.

Also located nearby, within the city walls, is Bay Tree self-catering, a charming Victorian house which comfortably sleeps up to four guests. Situated within the quiet conservation area of Bishophill, the house is within five minutes walk of the river Ouse and the many tourist attractions in York and can be let on a weekly basis commencing on a Friday or for shorter 3/4 night breaks during the quieter months.

Decorated and equipped to a high standard with some quirky features, the house has a double room and a twin room, a luxury bathroom and plenty of storage space. Children are welcome at all times. On-street parking is free for one car outside the house.
