"An outstanding stay in rural Northumberland"
Beggar Bog is a wonderful place in an extraordinary location, run impeccably. We arrived in a driving rain and were greeted warmly, shown to our room, and urged to come to the conservatory for hot tea and cake and a chance to dry off. The rooms are private, very comfortable and well-appointed. The shower was great. The morning was brilliantly sunny, perfect for walking. The breakfast was generous and delicious with excellent tea and the best sausage we had on this trip. Read less
