Arived early evening and went straight to my room, the room number having been sent by text earlier in the day. This is a good way in which to speed up access to your room and 'get the kettle on'. There is ample car parking for all guests. It was good to be able to relax in a quiet location, looking out into the garden, watching one of the squirrels hunting for its dinner in one of the trees. After a good nights sleep, I enjoyed a well presented breakfast before leaving for the days work. Read less
Likes:
I like the location, close to Harwell Campus and Didcot. Being able to take an evening walk, in the Summer months, with entertainment from Red Kites gliding over the area. The relaxed atmosphere.

A bit odd arriving to find the b & b unmanned, but owner soon appeared after we found our room. Not a major issue.
