Wonderful award-winning beaches are just a 15 minute drive away and there is glorious walking stretching out from the front door. The village is quaint and quiet, without being dull and the village green gives ample space for a kickabout, while the sheltered back garden is private. There is a public play area for smaller children alongside.

The Old Police House is right in the heart of Spittal, overlooking the village green, and the village is signposted from the A40 five miles from Haverfordwest and ten miles from Fishguard. There are regular trains and buses serving Haverfordwest and the train also stops at Clarbeston Road, a charming bike ride of about three miles.

Follow the signs for the Pump on the Green from the A40 between Haverfordwest and Fishguard. Turn right at the Corner Piece pub, Continue to follow the signs to the Pump on the Green. We are about a hundred yards short of the Pump on the Green. We are side on to the road, facing over the village green as you approach. There is a key safe in the porch.
