Paul and Heather are perfect hosts. They created a unique atmosphere in their B&B. The rooms are furnished and decorated so tasefully, you feel comfortable from the first moment. The breakfast was excellent. Never had such good cooked breakfast before. Delicious!!! Heather is a fantastic cook :-)
Paul gave us a perfect advise for a walk on a part of the Pembroke Cost Path. We had a great day out. What we found really great: Paul offered us to drive us to a starting point :-) what a service! Read less

"Great bed and breakfast with a friendly and knowledgable owners!"
We stayed here for two nights in the beginning of October. We had not stayed in Wales before and did not know the area at all. We found the house with no problems and were greeted at the door with a friendly hello. The room was very clean and well looked after. The breakfast was fantastic and catered to a gluten and dairy free diet. We will be sure to keep them in mind for future longer stays!!! we loved it there. Read less

The interior is very carefully selected. Everything was as clean as it can be and we had two welcoming hosts, who offered far more service than you would expect in a B&B.

"A touch of luxury!"
1 night stay whilst walking Pembrokeshire coastal path. We had the luxury King which was luxury+++ Friends had the double which was also very nice and luxurious. The breakfast was the best of the week and I can certainly recommend the kedgeree!! Heather and Paul are very welcoming and can't do enough to help, making up lovely packed lunches fresh in the morning for us and will even transport walkers to and from start and finish points if they are free to do so. "Perfect place to stay for the Pembrokeshire Coast Path"
I'm reviewing this as a backpacker. The Cranog Trefin is an exceptional B&B and a surprise in a small village! The breakfast menu alone is wonderful - I had the fish platter - bathrooms very well appointed and our bed was the sort you don't want to get out of. Owners are lovely, kind and helpful. It's a short walk to Abercastle (Coast Path) and Trefin is served by local buses. Ship Inn and Mill Cafe for food, just over the road. Perfect. Read less

Great welcome, walker friendly, beautiful thoughtful decor, very stylish; lovely Victorian House full of art, crafts, books and colour. The breakfast was superb, the best of the holiday.
Dislikes:
Nothing at all. What's not to like? Would happily base ourselves here for a week to explore the rest of the area.
Response from Cranog Trefin:
Thank you very much for your positive review. We are always glad to receive guests' comments, and endeavour to use them to help us to continually improve.
