"Just what we wanted!"
Lovely views all round. Friendly welcome by Rod. We felt very welcome and were made to feel totally at ease and were told to make ourselves at home. Comfortable room, beautiful bathroom. Every room seemed fresh and new. Nice to be able to open windows fully. Comfortable bed. Large bedroom. We had two different breakfasts and both very tasty and beautifully presented. Rod and Lindsay are very lovely people no wonder they have regulars. I think we will probably go back. Bungay is a sweet town Read less

Whilst retaining the outside character of the original grain store the inside has been converted in stunning style. The second-floor guest bedrooms have ensuites fitted with luxury baths and separate walk-in showers, are fully equipped with Freeview TV, DVD and CD player, hair dryer, hospitality, radio alarm etc.

There is also a comfortable residents lounge on the first floor with a wood burner for cosy winter evenings that also offers panoramic views of the Waveney Valley and river. The garden offers views over the Waveney valley, fishing, canoeing, bird watching, we have two families of Swans and Otters also live in the river .

We are close to the popular coastal resorts of Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth, whilst the Broads are just a few minutes away, day boat hire can be had in Beccles. The new owners Rod and Lindsay Middleton have over 11 years experience in the Bed And Breakfast Business and pride themselves in offering excellent friendly service. Their last business Ingleneuk Lodge is now closed but the details and reviews can still be found on the internet .

The old grain store would make an ideal base for exploring the Broads or indeed any of the East Coast. The market town of Norwich is only 20 minutes away .
