First of all there is no indication of where reception is and we had to get attention from the bar staff to check in. We were told vaguely where our room could be found. We were initially given a very small and very smell (cigarette smoke) room. We then moved to a slightly larger room. Not sure how clean the bed linen was as my duvet very creased. Tiny TV high up nailed to the ceiling. No remote, it didn't work anyway. No breakfast next day. Told no staff till 12pm (New Years day). Party till 3 Read less
