I had a very welcoming stay at the Squirrel inn. I arrived in the afternoon with my collie cross, and was greeted straight away. The dog had plenty of fuss throughout the afternoon, it was a very friendly environment. The rooms were very clean and tidy, with a very comfortable bed and plenty of TV channels to choose from. Parking was reasonable, but watch out for a couple of fierce pot holes. Overall, we had a comfortable room which would be OK for a few nights if the problems were not present. Staff are friendly and helpful, which is always a positive thing! Read less

The Squirrel Inn Country Pub & Dining in Hurtmore provide Bed and Breakfast accommodation "The Cottages". Conveniently located for Godalming and Guildford just off the A3, half way between Portsmouth and London, and within easy reach of many interesting places in this beautiful area.

"The Cottages" are an ideal base for both business and leisure guests. We have eight comfortable en-suite or private bathroom rooms: five doubles and three singles.All rooms have been fully refurbished and finished to a high standard. The building is a listed 16th Century so expect a few low beams and a few creaky floorboards which add to the character!

We do not offer a hot option breakfast but cereals, toast, yoghurts and a selection of mini pastries.

All rooms have tea/coffee making facilities, flat screen TV/DVD and alarm clock with iPod docks
