The owners are very friendly and welcoming, the service is second to none, breakfast very nice, rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean and tidy, and the building itself is just beautiful.
A very pleasant and comfortable stay.
Would very highly recommend, and I'll most definitely stay again when I'm next in the area. Read less

could have been a radio in the Breakfast room.
it was a bit like a doctors waiting room
there seemed to be a problem with Water Pressure
shower would cut out 2/3 Times per shower

This customer arranged a special wedding aniversary weekend which we prepared flowers for, a special table with cards. He made constant comments on how wonderful the room was and great value for money as we where over £25.00 per night chaper than his second choice.

Three acres of beautiful grounds provide a quiet, scenic setting for Field Place, which lies close to the A27 just half a mile from the sea, three miles from Arundel and seven miles from Chichester. Resident owners Alan and Shirley Oliver have five bright, comfortable, newly refurbished double guest rooms, all with en-suite facilities, digital television (50 plus channels) and hospitality tray. One room is located on the ground floor.
Guests are welcomed to the handsome tiled house with tea and cakes; breakfast is taken in the open plan lounge/dining area. An outside seating area and barbeque are also available within our picturesque gardens
Towels. Linen and bedding changed every three days to conserve energy
