"Beautiful, tranquil, unusual place to stay"
This is an amazing place to stay. The opportunity to stay in a monastery, and ecclesiastical college is not to be missed if you value tranquility, peace and serenity. The grounds are lovely and the church is outstanding. The bed and breakfast house itself is small, just 8 rooms of a basic but perfectly acceptable standard, with a self-service breakfast in the downstairs dining room. We loved the atmosphere, the peace and the quietness. Highly recommended. Read less

Convenient for purpose.

Nothing to dislike at all. It might be too quiet for some people if they don't know what to expect from accommodation offered by a monastery...but not for me!
