The cottage is ideally located in the center of town. It is surrounded by beautiful scenery set back on a road that is very peaceful and private. The cottage itself has been updated with modern conveniences. Very well decorated with comfortable beds in both bedrooms. The bathroom has a great tub and nice sized shower. Would very much recommend this cottage to anyone staying the area. Very central to great locations such as Bath and Lacock.Read less

Cleaning had been a bit slack as a dirty plate was in the microwave, used toiletries in the bathroom, bathroom floor sticky and a used asthma puffer was under the bed. The central heating needs attention as the timer was "off" with heating being on when we arrived at 5.30pm it went off again around 7.00pm then coming on around 11pm. Obviously someone had played around with it. Read less

If you want to experience living in a 300 year old cottage in truly beautiful historic town then you will love your time here.
A delightful grade II listed cottage which has been lovingly modernised by its owner yet retains much character and many original feature such as 2 Double Bedrooms (1 King Size and 1 double), bathroom with Jacuzzi Bath with views over Bradford on Avon and large double shower, Kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Lounge dining room with French Doors leading onto a cottage garden with BBQ.
Cleaning, towels and bed linen included in the rental costs and a welcome pack which contains bread, milk, butter and a bottle of wine. Supplies of tea and coffee also provided.(Weekly Stays Only)
Rental is generally from Saturday to Saturday. Check in is 3.00pm and check out is by 11.00am on departure day, to allow full and thorough cleaning prior to our next guests.
