We had (as requested) a room with a bed with no footboard (husband 6'6").The bed was a lovely comfortable. Two armchairs in the room ,(plus sink & fridge)enabled evening relaxation in the room.

"Perfect stay"
The room and bathroom were clean and in good décor. There were the extra touches such as our own little fridge with a milk pitcher, tea biscuits, and for our daughter bath toys, a huge Winnie-the-Pooh animal on her bed and a myriad of books for toddlers in the bookcase which meant that we could sleep in until 7:30! The breakfast was very good: fruit, cereals, full English (which was cooked to perfection), toast, tea, coffee, jams, etc. The owners were considerate and warm. Read less

The hospitality stood out above all. The owners are kind, sincere and really do put their heart into the B&B. We felt very welcomed from the moment we passed her threshold.

Home farm is a charming old farmhouse built in the 1830’s, situated on the edge of Warminster, the Wylye valley, and an idyllic base for a visit to Longleat. The house has been recently modernised but still manages to retain many original features. All rooms have been recently furnished and offer homely and comfortable accommodation.

Trish has created a warm and relaxing atmosphere throughout the farmhouse. A friendly welcome is assured and all guests are made to feel at home in the comfy environment. A hearty English breakfast made with local produce is served in the pleasant dinning room, providing guests with the perfect start for a day of exploring the fascinating surrounding area.

Home Farm is magnificently located for visiting many attractions throughout Wiltshire, Somerset and the Wylye Valley. The farm house has a large garden and is surrounded by fields and woodland.

There are numerous countryside walks over Battlesbury hill and through the picturesque village of Bishopstrow. Situated between the historic cities of Bath and Salisbury, it is an ideal base to visit Longleat, Wilton, the Wylye valley or Stonehenge.
