Nothing was too much trouble. Extra bedding was provided. Everything was available in the 'home' even tea, coffee, condiments, soaps etc very well catered for. Beds were comfy. Everywhere was clean.
Dislikes:
No wifi but that's about to change I believe.

This was a good location for sightseeing and visiting relatives, with easy access to the supermarket for supplies. The house was well equipped and very clean, and the beds comfortable.
Dislikes:
Poor water pressure in the shower.

The historic market town of Darlington is an ideal place to spend time exploring the cobbled lanes of shops and taking the feel of the bygone age of steam or as a base to discover all that the North East has to offer! 63 Cumberland Street is a pleasant terraced property, situated 20 minutes walk from the centre of Darlington. The house has three double bedrooms (plus two double futons, located on the ground floor). The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, cooker, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. There are two televisions and a DVD player in the house. All bed linen and towels are supplied. Gas and electricity are included. A cot is available on request. Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.

Darlington is centrally located for so many attractions such as the historic cities of Durham and York, the vibrant city of Newcastle, the tranquillity of the North Yorkshire Moors and the Victorian seaside town of Saltburn. The house is just ten minutes walk to the Darlington Railway Museum and 'Locomotion', the new National Railway Museum at Shildon, is just 15 minutes by car.
