"Three day holiday"
We stayed in the Langrish House because we wanted to experience the British countryside, they did not disappoint. It is a lovely estate located just outside of Winchester. It was close to numerous attractions we wanted to see including the Jane Austen museum and Stonehenge. Breakfast was outstanding as was the service. Read less

Set in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Langrish House is family owned and operated and has 12 bedrooms, an exciting 2 AA Rosette Restaurant and excellent facilities for a relaxing break.

The gardens are beautiful with rolling lawns and the bedrooms well appointed with direct dial telephone, television, tea/coffee making facilities, ensuite bathrooms, heating and Wi-Fi. All rooms have beautiful views over the grounds. We have been awarded a gold award for Green Tourism.

We offer a later check out time of 12.00 noon on a Sunday morning.

A special feature are the cellars which were dug by Royalist Prisoners captured during the Battle of Cheriton in 1644, who were then imprisoned there. The award winning restaurant specialises in fine dining and the menu is innovative and excellent.

Langrish House is situated 3 miles outside of Petersfield and within easy reach of Portsmouth, Alton, Winchester, Guildford and one hours train ride to London Waterloo.
